What We Accomplished in 2023: A Message from Rep. Huffman

Hello,

As we start the new year, I want to share a report of the work my team and I completed in 2023. It is my great honor and privilege to represent the North Coast in Congress, and I am proud of the many accomplishments we achieved.

Under President Joe Biden’s leadership, my colleagues and I have continued to deliver real results for folks across the entire country. Despite the many challenges we’ve faced both internationally and domestically, we are advancing our mission of putting people over politics. Thanks to historic pieces of legislation that I helped pass, including the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act, we are seeing monumental funding wins for our district. From upgrading and modernizing critical infrastructure to advancing clean energy throughout the U.S., we are achieving real progress for the American people.

Although this year has been clouded by extreme MAGA chaos from the dysfunctional House majority party, my Democratic colleagues and I have not let it derail our work to improve the lives of the people we represent. We are still laser-focused on delivering the priorities that matter most to our constituents, and that is exactly what will continue to guide our work in the New Year.
