Jewish Community Free Clinic for Electronic Health Records Initiative
The funding will be used to implement electronic health records for the Jewish Community Free Clinic (JCFC). The inability to incorporate electronic health records has been a serious obstacle for the Clinic and has in the continuity of care when clients are referred to other clinics or to hospitals for follow-up care. These funds will allow the JCFC to participate in population health initiatives meant to improve the overall data for the community that is collected.
